If you access this eBayar portal, you acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions that bind you are an agreement between you as a user, with participating agencies and the Penang State Government.

Online Payment
• All amounts stated are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• The Penang State Government will not accept any liability for payments not received by the correct agency account if you enter an incorrect account number or inaccurate personal details. We will also not accept any liability if your payment is not authorized or declined.
• Bayaran anda akan dikemaskini dalam masa one (1) to five (5) days working hours.
• The State Government will not be responsible for any failure during payment to protect the data on the screen from being seen by others or obtained by those involved, during the online payment process.

Confirmation and Proof of Payment
• You will receive an on-screen payment confirmation as well as an email after making the payment. You can print proof of payment when the transaction has been completed (successfully).
• Printed payment receipts are valid for any official business.

Refund Policy
• If you have any questions about overpayments, please deal with the relevant agency by submitting proof of payment information.

Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, goodwill or other tangible losses as a result of:
• Use or inability to use the portal
• The cost of obtaining replacement goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions made through or from the portal
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the portal
• Any other matter related to the portal

Termination
The State Government may terminate your access to any part of the service or the entire service and any related services at any time, with or without reason, with or without notice, effective immediately.

The State Government may also terminate or suspend your inactive account, that is, defined as failure to use the service for an extended period of time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party upon termination of access to the service.

Changes to Terms of Service
The State Government has the right at any time to make changes, modifications, cancellations or additions to these conditions.

Modifications to the Service
The State Government reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof ) with or without notice.
